Agreement
By downloading or using ProofTime, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
Leilei Zhang grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ProofTime on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Estimates, Not Guarantees
ProofTime provides fermentation time estimates and ingredient calculations to help with sourdough baking. Fermentation depends on many things the App cannot measure, including flour, water temperature, starter health and kitchen conditions. Times and quantities are guides only. Judge your dough by how it looks and behaves, and use your own judgment on food safety.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leilei Zhang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or ingredients, arising from your use of the App.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the App’s estimates and calculations in your baking.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. For disputes not subject to mandatory local law, the laws of the People’s Republic of China apply.
